HECTOR S.A. was founded in 1984 as one of the first private IT companies on the Polish IT market. In the years 1984-1992 company's main business was manufacturing of it's own brand of PC's. In 1993 HECTOR S.A. was noted as one of the top three PC manufactures in Poland.1995 was a milestone year in the history of the company with the move to its new headquarters and the management's decision to restructure the company into a systems integrator and a software house.
In 1999, a data processing center: DataCenter HECTOR S.A. (designed by IBM) was opened.
