In recent years Hector S.A. designed and implemented the following IT systems:

Legislation System for Office of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland

The project was completed within the PHARE programme framework and concerned both the development of integrated IT system for supporting the operations of the Sejm, Office of the Sejm and Bureau of the Sejm Committees and the processing of bills and resolutions presented to the speaker

The system allows for the management of all legislation work phases in terms of their registration, associating work with specific documents (Sejm printouts, committee work reports, voting results, etc.), generating the required reports as well as handling personal databases of legislation process members (members of parliament, experts and others). The system allows for the exchange of information between both the individual central administration bodies (Senate, Constitutional Tribunal, Office of the President) and through the Internet - the worldwide IT network. The system meets the required data format and safety standards of the European Union and constitutes the format, to which the IT systems of other legislative and administrative bodies should be adjusted.

TAON Transfer Agent System - Open Pension Fund Management

In connection with the social insurance system reform, Hector S.A. has developed an IT system to support the operations of transfer agent, i.e. an IT management institution for pension and investment companies within the framework of the II and III pillar.

The TAON Transfer Agent System allows access to transfer agent functions within open pension fund management. The functions include:

Pension fund, company register, external institution and bank management,

Fund user register management (users, endowed persons, spouses, member agreements),

Financial operation management (deposit of funds, purchase of participation units (JU), JU amortization, inter institution transfers, cash withdrawals, reserve account management, balancing the books at the global fund operation level, including transfer-related information, commissions on operations),

ZUS (Social Insurance Institution), KDPW (National Depository of Securities), UNFE (Superintendency of Pension Funds), depository bank and pension company data exchange management,

Interaction with ICR software for reading system documents (contracts and orders),

Fund member mail merge management,

Generating reports and statements for transfer agent and PTE.

The system allows for simultaneous management of multiple funds. The access to the selected fund data is managed by the Security System allowing access rights to be defined for all TAON system functions with full initialization control. The history of each TAON system user session is stored in the Security System's log. In addition, the TAON records the date, time and ID of the user performing operations on an individual member register

The TAON Sales Network Clearings (SSP) system makes it possible to:

Manage the information of sales reps and the institutions that participate in acquiring OPF member agreements,

Define PTE sales network structures,

Calculate sales business operation remunerations for sales reps and institutions.

The TAON system applications are designed and developed by Hector S.A. The transfer agent systems operate in a three-tier client-server type architecture with dedicated client procedures, application server and database. The developed system ensures high-level performance and large-scale transaction processing reliability.

CarLoS

For several years, Hector S.A. has been developing the CarLoS system - comprehensive software designed for supporting order, sales, transport, service and financial control departments.
